It is a chaotic record of Shreya Tanisha's actual lived experiences, written by her, from her heart.

At times it is repetitive. It won't always make sense. The truth, whatever it may be, is often nonsense.

​It might even be funny and you may laugh. Mental illness does require a sense of humour.
