In support of pro-choice activists around the world, ending the global gag rule, and fighting for a woman's right to always decide what to do with her body.
No woman should be incarcerated or punished in any way for having an abortion because if those incriminating laws were applied to me then I would be in jail right now.
Also in support of the overall message behind Chila Kumari Singh Burman's installation at the Tate Britain, which "changes the figure of Britannia, a symbol of British imperialism, into Kali, the Hindu goddess of liberation and power... combines Hindu mythology, Bollywood imagery, colonial history, and personal memories.... celebrates new beginnings, the triumph of good over evil, and light over darkness."
Obviously, I don't believe in the superiority of any one religion over another.
